Pretend a hotdog is a sandwich. If a sandwich with one bun is a hot dog, does that mean that a sub sandwich is also a hotdog? And what about burgers? They technically only have one bun, but it’s cut in half. Does that make them a sandwich or a hot dog? And what about burgers with three pieces of bread, like a McDonalds big mac? Are they still a sandwich, a hotdog, or something else entirely? Also, since tortillas are a type of flatbread, which is still bread, does that mean tacos, burritos, and quesadillas are hotdogs? Same thing with pita and gyros. And since tortilla chips are made from tortillas, do they count as bread? And if so, what are nachos?
