It's rather a comment than a textbox that we made long time ago. He invaded my timeline for a genocide, and we fought. Before we finished the fight, we called for half time, made a deal to reset, and thus, this deal meant that Hex cannot get involved in any genocides or hurt anyone in my timline, and I cannot fight and beat the scallop out of him in his timeline. It's a sort of armed truce
