It’s ment powder. I call it concrete mix in liquid state. My experience was with mortar/brickies mud, which is basically concrete without the gravel stuff.
My experience was finished in the afternoon, but peeling overnight and next day. That was after a few hours of work though.
I learned no5 handle the stuff with bare hands. Also learned that walls are better if the bricks are straight.

Only a splatter won’t be too bad. Wash it off as soon as it happens. Maybe put some moisturiser on the spot too.
