Hey by the way as a mod I don't know how to do this but I noticed someone keeps reposting on this stream how do you ban them and give them a message

To delete an image, flag it and then use mod status to unfeature it. To ban them, go to stream settings and just click the bans setting, type in their username, set ban time and type, and hit ban.
