You just use your middle finger to move one chopstick up, another to make it go down, and use the ring and pinky finger to keep the other chopstick still

There was a brand of chopsticks used when I was a weee little lad that had rings on the sticks to properly hold my position in hand.

Yea, I had those too

it didn't help me learn to use chopsticks because of how confusing it was so I picked up real chopsticks learning from my parents
