Did anyone hear about Palworld removing gliding due to the bs Nintendo is sueing them for?

Hey, it makes sense. Palworld had the right to get sued, but the part i don't understand is the reason, cuz wdym you're suing Palworld for GLIDING? That makes no sense! And also, 1 character for having a red hat is DEFINITELY JUSTIFIED! The part I would sue Palworld for is because it's literally a knockoff Pokemon, but the gliding part makes no sense cuz that's in basically every game. I would still sue Palworld, but this is not the right reason to do so.
