Imflip runs better, even Minecraft runs better. I can play with vibrant visuals on full render distance no problem now

yes, because its not RAM. it's DRAM. much slower, but keeps your computer/device from crashing or slowing when its almost or fully out of ram. it's mostly a safety blanket, turning DRAM way low can help.

i looked into it a bit and i believe phones typically do not ever have dram installed. 99% chance its vram

what this does is it writes to your hard drive memory to use it as extra ram, which has a much slower read and write speed. so when your device uses this ram, itll be slower than your normal ram, but can process higher quantities. if youre not playing some high spec game, its often unnecessary

Cool thing I found, is your phone slow? Here's how you might be able to fix it. If your phone has a RAM boost option in the settings, where you can sacrifice some storage for RAM. Enabling that on an older phone could actually make it slower. I disabled my extra RAM option today and my phone is so much better now
