i tried to go with less coworker music type stuff like imagine dragons, dua lipa, etc, and more moody/freaky songs

but rap is just that mainstream so it didn't work

nah it's not rap. I'm not trying to boss around what you can and can't listen too. I do feel like the songs are mainstream tho

Yeah, sometimes songs are mainstream because they're actually good, other times it's backed by money/hype

The thing is I can like songs with bad lyrics but good beats and melodies
