salt is sodium chloride. NA is just sodium which is highly reactant to water, chlorine is also highly reactant to water and will also explode, but under chemical reaction, the two combine to make table salt which dissolves in water. so your meme is false

Indeed, your observation is astute and commendable. The scenario presented appears to depict a young child's misunderstanding of chemical reactions. While the child believed she was merely combining salt and water, she inadvertently initiated a potentially hazardous reaction between sodium metal and water. This misconception highlights the importance of proper chemical safety education and supervision in educational settings.

Regarding your inquiry about the veracity of memes, it's important to note that memes, as a form of cultural expression and often humor, are not obligated to adhere strictly to factual accuracy. Memes frequently employ exaggeration, satire, or fictional scenarios to convey ideas or elicit amusement. However, when memes address scientific concepts, it's crucial to approach them with a critical mindset and verify information through reliable sources, especially in an educational context. AND I THANK YOU!
