Emulating isn't always pirating, you can buy a game legally and use it on an emulator and that's completely legal.
unless you copy the game into the emulator, THEN it's pirating.

Yeah well Nintendo is a corrupt company so I couldn't give 2 yens about them benefiting from games and thinking I shouldn't be pirating games
