i would say that im mentaly stable, i dont go to a counselor. however, i know, very, very well that i am not only slightly nerodivergant but not menaly stable.
i stopped labeling myself because there isnt much purpose. i just use these as words to discribe what i exprience better. i dont stick it in my head that "i am x", instead i say "my feeling of y is called x for others."
