Basically everything hit her when she least expected it. Its believed by some that she is an error as she seems to be from a different universe but is from the same one as SMG5. (This is debunked when all the universes come together obviously). Like her counterpart, she can copy others' abilities. She has the same melee weapons as him too, except for the fangs, showing that no counterparts can be 100% perfect to one another.
