Is that why China is “quietly” exempting nearly 25% of all US imports from tariffs?

I believe so since China and the US are the engaged with these tariffs. From what I've read and heard, these terrific are meant to damage China which is why the US is going at it with them more. Yet sources claim China is pulling away and getting closer to being a superpower now.

Nice! Though there are differences being on the commentary.

For one... I went basic and used 'global economy' because it's easier and more evidenced so I'm not giving any misinformation. Since global changes did happen because of tariffs.

And secondly. This one you have is showing tariffs boldly claiming responsibility. Mine is not. As tariffs did not know their unexpected backfire and wondered why the global economy changed so drastically.

But thank you for informing me over it! I don't look at other meme since I just try doing things with templates and sending them to streams if I think they're good enough. Keep up the good work in attempting to hold possible plagiarism accountable.

Also... what is 'crony globalism'?

"crony globalism" refers to the parasitic trading agreements that have warped the general balance of power and dependency of countries on one another.

In a vacuum, countries would work together to trade goods and services. A country would use the resources it has naturally available, and if they do choose, offer them for sale to other countries that may want them. Both parties walk away happy.

The cronyism comes in when certain countries (certain leaders really, acting on behalf of that country or region) start tipping the scales to cause style countries to rely on others to exist. This is a long, show process, typically buried under boring economic laws nobody pays close attention to.

But over time you wind up with a country like China who offers insanely cheap manufacturing and labor, and a country like the US or the UK that has insane laws preventing manufacturing due to ecological or humanitarian initiatives. Laws that increase cost of production. Laws that do not exist in China.

Everyone thought that the US was too dependent on China to exist. Currently we are figuring out what it takes to exist without such a crutch.

Thank you for the long and in depth answer. It's very readable and I appreciate the thoughts you added at the end to show your perspective. I liked how that meme you shared looks at it. It makes sense now to me. And is really clever with the tariffs being deliberate which makes the tariff owning up to attacking much more clever ans consistent.
