Need advice pls lol

So my guy bestie and I now have a bet to see who can get a boyfriend (girlfriend in his case) first. He is super good at flirting and all that jazz... and I am super socially awkward. I don't know what to do, or even where to start meeting guys. It seems like all the good ones are taken, and the good ones who aren't taken don't want a relationship right now. I've only been in one relationship, and we met because our friends dated (broke up about a year ago). I regret that one entirely, but now I am trying to find a good, cute kid who will respect my boundaries. Any tips on where/how to meet guys? Also, if you guys don't mind upvoting so more people see it and I get more advice, that'd be super helpful. I don't want upvotes for upvotes sake, I just want advice please.

I should have specified. Decently large favor probably not difficult. If you dont have a gun or dont shoot you could ask a guy about those things, i bet if he is passionate about guns he is passionate about those who want to learn. He may teach you all he knows and during that time he will get to know you, and you will get to know him. Almost nothing can go wrong learning to shoot. Also the range is where you meet real guys.
