I need someone who uses FlipaClip and knows how to animate at 30 FPS animation (and I mean KNOWS how to animate), I need someone to make an animation for my gaming channel, Black Pearl Bedwars. This is for my Bedwars matches when my squad wins a game, I want my channel logo on a light vibrate and still, while transitioning to the words “The Pearl Faithful Wins!” And back to the logo with the same vibrating animation along with some Steven Universe flair for the background.

This is to be on loop for 2 minutes or you can do whatever, I want it to feel like what would be on a LED ribbon in hockey if a team wins a game or whatever
