Really? You don’t know? Democrats passed laws that were called “One-drop-rule” one drop (1/32) of Negro blood makes you black. This resulted in some people getting called black , instead of human beings. Check with the Congressional district s that are majority black, that elect black representatives. News flash, most highly populated big cities are majority black. Compare these cities to the location of the organization started by Margret Sanger, called Planned Parenthood. Her mission of “fewer people of color being born.” Has been accomplished. Hence the hypocrisy of the liberal left. I hope this helps explain the meme.
