I can't control my feelings Bru

I have fu‍ckin intermittent explosive disorder it literally causes me to be physically unable to control myself when I feel a strong emotion like anger

Dammn i didn't knew this thing had a name
Then i was you till i was 12
I couldn't control myself if i was very angry like I'd literally point knife at people or even at myself many times
Now i laugh as how easy it is just not to get angry

I have it extremely severe

But damn wish I could get over it

I'm talking like I go from cool&happy to like pissed off
