well i think i have an idea to make kylo ren a tad bit better
have him wielding the red vented crossguard saber at first, have it change to a dual saber(MAUL?!) with orange, then at the final film of the sequels you have him remove his right arm in a form of sacrifice(giving up the dark as its master), replace it with a prosthetic, then essentially attatch a dual saber that has his cracked crystal, now half bled and half purified, which gives one saber a blue(or white) color, and the other a red color, the colors shifting, as the crystal fragments shift from one end to the other
how would this tie into his character?

episode 7: broken kylo ren
episode 8: confusion and chaos in him
episode 9: redemption and reformation as Ben Solo
dont kill the writers of the sequels, they were clearly trying to do something
