Imo, this isn’t really anything remarkable. Fascists are well-known for co-opting movements for their own personal gain.

Examples can include:

Fascists suddenly pretending to care about women’s and LGBTQ+ rights just to shit on Muslims.

Fascists using anti-globalization rhetoric to scapegoat certain minorities.

Fascists pretending to care about the environment (i.e. eco-fascism).

Not to mention ideologies like Strasserism, National Bolshevism, Nazi-Maoism, The Third Position, etc etc. so of course some of them would also try to co-opt the Palestinian cause.
