Ok, but in the court of law a jury does not get to know ones prior crimes due to bias, and only the judge gets to see them after the defendant is proven guilty, that he may induct a more severe sentence if he/she so choses to on a repeat offender. So in this specific case is he being homophobic? Not necessarily. So as his lawyer I plead not guilty.
