I hate presentations

Just remember - when you present, you're the expert and the audience are morons.

Doesn't matter how much you or they know, as long as you stand your ground with confidence.

It helps if you are prepared, of course.

I'm not saying this is the literal truth...it's just something you can tell yourself to feel better. It's like an actor or actress taking on a role.
