what the hell is a baby doing here

Just as he is thinking this the baby coughs and all of a sudden a suspicious hydrogen bomb shaped object falls from the sky

*just before the hydrogen bomb hits the ground, I stop time and put the baby under it then get's out of the bomb's blast radius*

right afterwards, time unfreezes and the bomb blows up all of Cairo, Egypt

*when the dust settles I go and make sure the baby got obliterated, but the baby lived unscathed somehow*
