I'm Confident that Scar-eye would've been lit up by a firing squad, while Skai might just be another Guardian Angel for UO, just watching a bit more closely.

How long does Skai stalk someone for? I'm actually curious.

I haven't written everything up yet, but usually until a: she gets bored/loses interest, b: the target kicks the bucket, or c: all of the above

I think with UO being a primary target for mercenaries, there's always a shootout between him and them, with a hint of death for him lingering, but since he's cautious of his surroundings, will Skai hide behind something if the person she's stalking looks in her general direction, or will she stay there?

She'll usually stay there if they pose no immediate threat (aka: an unarmed civilian), but she hides when it's a dangerous target

Ah, does she eventually make a move, or is it that she only stalks them?

If she has explicit instructions to kill, she'll kill them, but if it's just a capture order, she'll just knock them out and carry them to a rendezvous point. Also, she does great with disguises, so if she knocks them out, she'll act like she's just carrying a drunk friend home

If she's just stalking someone because they gauged her interest and have no order, will she do anything?

I guess that since UO's got himself in such a predicament, will she defend them if they're overwhelmed or is it just "oh well."?

Likely she won't do anything if she's off duty, just in case she gets caught

Oh, alright.

So she doesn't do anything while stalking UO, and considering how Mercenary bounties are bound to only the JcJenson mercenaries, it's most likely useless to try and kill UO for a check that'll be declined due to many reasons.
