so there is a creepy guy in my class who won't stop touching me he is petting my head ,touching my ears and cheeks and even my thigh and i'm getting uncomfortable ...

that could work but i have no small enought camera to record it without him seeing me

Have someone you trust record it out of their view

even if we have no permition to have phone there is one of my friend wich is sited behind me and he have the permition to have a phone so it could work

Plan ahead
Get a backup plan in case it doesn't work first go round

well, its not somthing to joke abt or to be taken as a joke. i say report him

teachers don't really listen to me they are taking it for a joke

take it to the principle or your parents, or even the police

i could try to tell it to the principle
