Think of it; No Cold War, No CIA, No Kennedy Assassination, No First/Second/Third World countries, No Proxy Wars, No Vietnam War, No need for a civil rights movement (at least to the extent we have it in our timeline), No Neocon Revolution, No Reaganism, No Clintonism, No 9/11, No War on Terror, No Patriot Act, A 21st century that isn’t defined by a perpetual state of war. Hell, No Israel, it probably would have become an independent Palestine and the most rabid Zionists wouldn’t have gained enough momentum to be a serious movement.
It’s fun to dream…

I mean, he could have been couped by the people (Prescott Bush, JP Morgan, and other Nazi Sympathizers) who attempted the Business Plot (https://allthatsinteresting.com/the-business-plot) against Roosevelt, but at the time it would have been much more feasible to create an America that was not completely beholden to business interests, bankers, and war profiteers, and at least there would be a fighting chance.
