Jesus didn't die of the cross for a limited amount of people but His death atoned for the sin of the world. With sin itself atoned for then the idea of "limited atonement" for only some people is obsolete. Sin is atoned for! If you're human & you sin then you can be saved. God did predestine what He knew ahead of time but even still people in their temporal lives have attributes leftover from the Fall, evidence of Him everywhere, get calls by the Holy Spirit in multiple ways & since sin is atoned for they could receive it but don't because they refuse it. God doesn't make some strictly for Hell. God knew most would reject it but they choose that; The Father gave Jesus those He knew would respond in their lives & yes there's naturally a special connection to the elect since He knew they'd receive Him but not because He "made them for heaven" & "made the rest for Hell" which is a nuanced Gnostic idea & is as arrogant as thinking people they "earn it." It is because they respond to His call & want reconciliation! He especially DOES NOT pretend to save someone, communicate Truth to them, have a fake relationship with them then when done throw them into Hell. That is a fiendish, ghoulish, abominable, sadistic, blasphemous lie straight from mind of Satan himself!
