Trump pays for billionaire tax cuts by throwing 20 million Americans off Medicaid.

In 2017, Trump gave a $2 billion tax cut to the billionaire class. Now he's trying to give a $5 billion wet kiss to the billionaires, and say it won't skyrocket the deficit, which it will. It would be paid for by cutting Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid.
