THE GISH GALLOP AKA:
ARGUMENT BY VERBOSITY,
PROOF BY VERBOSITY, AND
SHOTGUN ARGUMENTATION. The Gish gallop is a rhetorical technique that involves presentation of as many arguments as possible, with no regard for the accuracy, validity, or relevance of those arguments. Within a Gish gallop one will find a large number of vague claims, half-truths, anecdotal statements, misinterpreted facts, and irrelevant comments. "EITHER WAY IT'S A HUGE LOAD OF CRAP"
