This is something called suicide baiting and this user is known for being very immature and not serious. They are making posts like these for attention seeking purposes.

He gave detailed plans to another user about how he plans to kill his parents with a suppressed gun and put them in a dumpster. He should at least be investigated by police to see if it may be legit.
