The way to deal with someone undesirable is not relentless annoyance to them with images and comments they don't like. that just makes them hate you. they way to deal with them is a precise planned strike on either something personal, a topic they don't like such as a parent or trauma, or an appeal for an account ban. you can hate a company but pissing on the building doesn't change anything
