All you have to do is look at how these people vote in Congress and the Senate. They vote with the Democrats way more than they do with the conservatives. They’re against just about everything Trump wants to do. They try to undermine his agenda every chance they get.
Well, fair or not, that’s what happens in many cases. I know that it’s not 100% of the time, but it happens enough to make it a reality. Democrat politicians rarely ever vote against what their party leaders want. No matter how destructive.

I see your point…That’s true to an extent, I guess. They still go along with the party line the majority of the time. Some of them will vote with the Republicans once in a while. It’s usually when it’s dealing with things like Israel. The worst things that “moderate” Republicans usually go along with the most are the massive spending bills that contain a lot of hidden left-wing agenda items. That’s when they do the most damage. In my opinion, at least.
