I ate nothing but absolute trash for months on end without working myself at all and I've never been anywhere near overweight or anything but my usual skinny ass build
I dont necessarily have a fast metabolism, I just work off any calories I consume; I go into a really bad calorie deficit when I go work up in Peyson in the summer, I don't eat much and I walk everywhere to the point where I lost 30 pounds in 3 weeks
