It's proposed. State representatives have the ability to propose bills, and literally just one of them decided to do that. That doesn't mean at all that they'd pass Texas' state legislature.

it's not a "possibility" state reps do this all the f**king time and shit like this never gets passed, this just came to headlines because it was particularly extreme, and if anything that makes it all the less likely it will get passed

not chemically or surgically, but yes i do think that minors have the legal right to choose another name and express themselves in a way that goes against the societal norm

Switzerland and the USA have the same guns per capita, yet Switzerland doesn't suffer from gun violence nearly as often.

ok, i'm not anti-gun; it is one of the only things I agree with the right on; that being said, we need to work on finding some sort of way to make gun owners more responsible; my proposition has always been yearly psych evals on all American gun owner
