Abandoned for 35 years, this Atlantic lighthouse was purchased for £1 and is to be fully refurbished into Wetherspoons first off-shore pub. Being sited in International waters it will be offering duty-free drinks & food. Access will be by a speciality 100-person ferry departing daily at 10.30 am and returning at 8.00pm. It will only be open in calm water conditions for obvious reasons.
