i decided that 401's wings aren't developed AFTER she finds civilization, but instead during her time in the wilderness. also if you rub her back where the (nearly invisible) wing "pouches" are, they pop out. also they're much bigger now; i'll draw her actual wingspan at some point. their color is different now; instead of being red, theyre now the green/teal of her iris [of her eye with the black sclera (sanitized octoling skin color basicalky)] and the skin part (the part that connects from bone to bone and gives her wind) is black. i'll also draw this later
