I'm not mad at speedrunners, I'm mad at people who think Minecraft is a progression based game and has nothing to offer but the ender dragon.

Then you are mad at speedrunners. There is no one who think that that doesn't speedrun, at least that I've ever met.

I agree, however the enderdragon is a large part of the end/progression of the game.

I honestly think the ender dragon boss fight could be worked on, it's pretty scuffed

I agree, it can be beaten in, like, 1 minute

It's underwhelming for the big final boss it's supposed to be

I think it should have two phases, where it comes back way stronger.

The second phase would have 200 health, be immune to beds, and could summon reinforcements

Idea: Ender Zombies, that have been corrupted by a purple chorus plant. They have crazy good armour, and either shields, swords, or axes.

They would have 20 health like normal but would have crazy gear that absorbs 90% of impact
