Nope, they look lightly round, but a female tail only have 5 round parts which are all evenly shaped, we wouldn't be able to see more than 1 or 2 if it was female.

Yeah sometimes you can see 3, but on this one you can see 4, at this angle if it were a female it wouldn't be possible to see 4 spikes, plus they're unevenly sized
