I remember when the live action Avatar TV show came out everyone was like “at least it’s better than the movie”

Yeah I hope it’s better than THE WORST MOVIE OF ALL TIME

I'm actually watching it rn bc I finished the cartoon series
It's pretty decent so far (though whoever directed it is definitely a feminist, but I don't really mind)
It does change some stuff but at least the changes aren't stupid like in the movie
The movie is so bad I'm constantly resisting the urge to use the r word to describe it, besides, making avatar live action is a bold strategy

But I'm curious about the dragon ball movie bc if there's one thing dumber to make live action than avatar, it's dragon ball z

I'm pretty sure the movie is based more off of OG Dragon Ball than DBZ, so no super Saiyan or anything to my knowledge.
But still my guess is abysmal dogshit

Haven't actually watched the Live action Dragon Ball movie, but given that DB fans hate on that movie more than Sonic fans hate on Sonic 06, I'm avoiding ts for now.

I haven't watched the Marvels, but I get what you mean. I personally don't get much free time, so I usually try to watch stuff or play stuff I know is good.
