Imgflip should make it so that blocking someone makes it so that they're unable to see any of your posts or comments, they're unable to comment on any of your posts or reply to any of your comments, and if they try to go to your profile they get redirected back to the meme generator, and same for you, where you can't see or interact with them. To unblock someone, there would be a blocked users list (right beneath the followed users list) in the settings or whatever, and you just go through and click unblock if you want to unblock someone. Better than the current block feature which doesn't do jackshit except make it so that them commenting on your posts doesn't fill your notifications.
