Yeah, sorry, but I have to side with them on this one. Sure, people will make memes and jokes about serious topics… a significant amount of time after the fact. The joke you made was disrespectful, disingenuous, and not even that funny. Plus, you really are making yourself look like a jerk for trying to spin the story in your favor.
