Odd squad is probably youth recruitment

Ghostbusters is probably a branch that actually lets the public know about stuff that's going on (in other words, not top secret)

The glitch techs is also probably youth recruitment

The truman show is probably something being pulled by the strings of the foundation

The backrooms is probably (actually maybe DEFINITELY) studied by the SCP foundation
