Yeah. And yet the British are the bad guys. Do you have any idea what they have been through, what they've saccrificed? They brainwash their hunters, torture them if need be, just to keep them in line. Hell, to the point to where the thought of freedom scares the Hell out of them.

Why do they get this kind of training tho

They're raised to eliminate anything that the Elders view as a threat, no matter if they are human, paranormal, or another hunter. If they disaobey orders, they're killed at best. Or brainwahsed and tortured at worst. They don't have a choice.

Do they get in the training by force or no

Some were born in like Ketch, others like Mick were "recruited". Dr. Hess had one of her men keeping tabs on young Mick until he was old enough to initiate (he was an orphan). Ketch and his brother grew up being pressured into the Code as they call it. Alexander didn't like the way of the Code and he died because of it. Their father gave Arthur Hell for his brother's "failure" and abused him emotionally and physically. Ketch wasn't allowed to grieve the loss of his twin brother and his mental health ultimately payed the price for it.
