To make: 1 packet of Liquid I.V. (Popsicle Firecracker)
1 packet of Propel Berry
1 packet of Fast Twitch Glacier Freeze
3 packets of Crystal Light Lemonade

To assemble: Pour in one liter of water into any container that holds 1 liter, and pour in the packets. Shake thoroughly.

Note: This will contain 200 mg caffeine.
