I fail to see that intentionally targeting another person and to make a scene about it in a public community would be considered as “Free Speech”, and had intentionally had been harassing 70LastChance. Just now I took down the post from FarmerfromBreadBoys because of harassment and targeting, that’s considered as disturbing the peace AND harassment.

Ok, thank you for the evidence to the court, I do see that there was an intentional attempt of harassment and racism. That does open the case wide open and thus I do see that we do have a strong point. But unless the defendant in question had specific reasoning, I would like to see 70lastchance’s point of view and testimony.
