Is this hit note count as “Good” or “Ok”? I know the answer, guess in the comments!

in real life that’d definetly be at least 50 cents out of tune

which is halfway to the note next to the intended one on a scale

for example if you played an A# (just an example, it’s true for every music note) and it was 40 cents flat, you’d need to do a shit ton of tuning to get the correct pitch

Truth. It was my first genuine instrument I had and still have today. I mainly use it when it’s a family member’s birthday.
