If a comment has a lot of downvotes, it can go as a low rated comment. The comments on a post are ranked from top to bottom by the amount of upvotes; Meaning that no matter the age, a comment can get to the top of the comment section if it has enough upvotes; So why don’t replies with more upvotes than the comment go on top of the comment?
