Short answer:No
Long answer: a planet like Europa has conditions to hostile to host life. Its atmosphere is extremely thin and the possibility of underwater oceans are purely theoretical. It also orbits close to a planet that emits so much radiation, it’s difficult to probe. Even beneath the surface, the conditions would be cold, wet and unbearable. However, it is possible that a species could adapt to
Survive in any given condition, earthlike or not. However, there are many places we should search first, and we should keep our eyes on exoplanets. Europa may host life, but it’s very unlikely.
