Setuh calms down and forgives the boy. Moving back to the main topic, she touches a blinking red dot on the planet hologram.
“Okay, dear, so you see this dot that’s blinking here right?”, she taught, “That pinpoints your location! Now let’s zoom in on a bit to see where we exactly are.”
She pinches the dot outwards, zooming into the dots position. Soon, a country appears, with the dot on its top right area. Setuh pinches the hologram again. Then, the view is now taken to a more accessible, clearer map, which shows the dot, now in the centre.
“Aw, wicked!”, Rico said with a child-like interest, “Where d’you think we’re gonna go anyways?”.
“Anyways?”, Setuh said, “Hmmm… Just give me a second.”
She pinches the hologram inwards, immediately returning to the country section. She swipes over to another part of the country, and zooms in.
“That… is where we’re going.”, she said, “An abandoned area named Turmoil City. A wasteland that has been harmed and torn apart by the second Inkperial War…”
“Nothing much supposedly happened over there, until something abnormal went off…”
“Abnormal?”, Rico didn’t understand, “What do you mean by that?”.
“One of our home satellites suddenly picked on something falling from the sky and into the city. And boy, you wouldn’t believe me, but it was NOT a meteorite. And even though it wasn’t, I still have a bad feeling something terrible would happen if it isn’t checked out, so I decided that we both should go to the city to see.”
“… Um… W-Why bring me into this?”.
“In case if you ever get bored, you could visit the place to know what it looks like. Besides, I can’t let my son stay at home 24/7.”
“Y-Yeah. But what if I’m suddenly in danger?! What’s gonna happen then?”.
“Rico…”, she tutted.
She walked towards him, rubbed her hand on his right cheek, and gave him a motherly, promising smile.
“Don’t be daft.”, she softly spoke, “I know my young boy knows how to fight… But if things get too overwhelming for him, I’ll be there to protect him.”
She then kissed his forehead. Soon, Rico gained a bit of courage, and lightly smiled. Focusing back to the hologram, Setuh poked it, pinpointing their destination. Rico suddenly felt a rush of information flowing to his mind, and faced a direction which led to the city.
"Well... I think it's time to go!", Setuh said with pride.
Then, the two soared off into their journey.
