say I wanted someone banned, and also say I have about 28 alternative accounts that I have been developing for the pass 7 months, 2 of which managed to gain mod in the stream; would the stream mods hypothetically be able to track me down and ban me if I were to use 27 of those accounts to spam report the guy I want banned, then use one of the modded alts to ban him?
