it has been exactly 171 days since I started my self improvement journey. From then, I lost 10 pounds, made 9 new friends, is ranked number 5 in my entire grade, further deepened my instrument skills and connection with God, and most importantly developed a new sense of character and self awareness that completely transformed who I am and what I think.
